Defective Products

Defective products carry a 90 day warranty on defects in workmanship and materials. If you should find yourself with a defective product, please first contact the manufacturer directly. If they are unable to resolve the issue, please let us know so that we may assist. Upon request, we will provide replacement parts or exchange the product for another one. Natural Family Boutique will pay for return shipping of defective products. Any misuse or use contrary to the use and care instructions will void this guarantee.

Exclusions

There are necessary exclusions to our Satisfaction Guarantee. Personal care products and items that are consumed are covered only for defects as stated above or possibly by a Manufacturer's Warrantee or Guarantee. These include breast pumps, breast pads, casting kits, menstrual products, fertility monitors, pregnancy tests, vitamins, and diapers. These items are covered by Natural Family Boutique's Satisfaction Guarantee only if they are unopened and remain factory sealed. Products not carried in our product line (such as promotional rewards) are not covered by the Natural Family Boutique Satisfaction Guarantee.

Errors

Of course, any mistakes made by Natural Family Boutique in fulfilling an order will be corrected at our expense. Incorrectly shipped items must be returned to Natural Family Boutique (at our expense) before a replacement can be sent.

In-Stock Sales

Natural Family Boutique fulfills orders with inventory currently in stock. If an item previously thought to be in stock is found not to be in stock, we will refund your purchase price and cancel that part of your order.
